My neighbor is looking to incorporate his business, but he’s concerned about asset protection. I don't know much about how to incorporate a business or asset protection so I gave him the number for a friend of mine who specializes in that area. I think it will be fairly easy for him to incorporate in Nevada, but he needs to make sure he’s on the right track. I hope my friend can answer all his questions about how to incorporate and help him with asset protection and to incorporate in Nevada.
