We want to start a corporation but need to learn about asset protection.

We want to make sure that we start our c orporation up correctly and make sure that we choose the right route with asset protection. Not only are we concerned with asset protection but would also like to find the way that we can get the largest tax reduction. We have had the business for years and it is really growing so we feel it is time to make it a corporation. Over the years our assets have also grown larger so we will need to file in a way that it offers asset protection. We know if we become a corporation that we can also get a larger tax reduction if we file everything correctly also. We will also look into filing in other states to get the most asset protection and tax reduction as possible.
